Mentoring is for someone who really wants to help someone develop to the next level, and you can’t separate the personal from the professional. Mentoring usually ends up as a form of training or coaching because it is easier than investing part of you in another person’s successes and failures. Jennifer Popovec explains that there are four generations and each generation needs different things from mentoring. The silent generation is stepping out of leadership roles but often remain in the workplace. The new leaders are coming from the baby-boom generation and the older Gen Xers. The baby-boomer and older Gen Xers are looking form long-term, relationship-driven mentoring. The young Gen Xers and Millennial have some very obvious weaknesses that can be addressed by mentoring. Gen Xers tend to be tech savvy but overall are more vulgar and less courteous than other generations. Millennial tend to have few problems with courtesy, but have been overprotected by their parents and now need extra coddling to adjust to work life. The Salem Witch Trials A Time Of Genocide, Turmoil, And...

The Salem witch trials had been a time of genocide, turmoil, and hardships, but these times were not quite as extensive as some groups and individuals, e.g. neo-pagans, and feminists, claimed. Worshipers of the Neo-pagan religion, wiccans, in particular took advantage of the Salem witch trials to spread numerous rumors, in-turn, creating myths that are still believed even today. The reason that neo-pagans employed the Salem witch trials to create rumors and myths was to allow themselves the right to play political victimization or, in other words, claim that their religion was under the threat or attack of some Protestant and Catholic churches in order to gain support (Miesel). The term â€Å"Burning Times† was actually coined by one of the founders of the neo-pagan religion, Gerald Gardener, to â€Å"describe† a time when wiccans were persecuted for their beliefs. Radical feminists eventually followed suit and used the Salem witch trials for very similar reasons to tho se of the neo-pagans (Miesel). The classic tales of witch-trials were fabricated to seem much more horrid than the events actually were, which is why anyone prepared to claim credibility on the subject should understand the difference between myth and reality. *Despite common beliefs, the Burning Times were fabricated, witches were not burned, the church did not perform executions, and women were not the sole victims.* +The classical thought of witches being burned as a result of witch-hunts is one of several

Moral Judgements Are Morally Wrong - 2025 Words

Ethics is an area of philosophy that deals with what is morally right and what is morally wrong behavior. Inside of ethics, there are two major views of thinking when making choices about different principles. Deontology is the idea that choices should be made based on obeying moral norms. Moral judgements are contained in an act alone. A deontologist would decide on the moral worth of an action based on the intention of the action. Immanuel Kant, an eighteenth century German philosopher, is considered a deontologist and one of the pivotal figures in modern philosophy. Alternatively, consequentialism is the view that actions should be deemed morally right or wrong based on the outcomes an action has. A consequentialist would compare the†¦show more content†¦Kant created a thought process, named the Categorical Imperative, that helps a person determine what their duties are and what actions should be done and what actions should not be done. Kant strongly believes that morali ty is derived from rationality and this is evident in his Categorical Imperative. Simply put, Kant believes what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong. There is no gray areas in this thought process. The First Formulation in his Categorical Imperatives states, â€Å"Act only on that maxim through which you can at the same time will that it should become a universal law (Kant).† A maxim is an idea and rule that actions and reasons are in accordance with universal laws. This means that a person is not allowed to do something that they are not willinging to allow everyone else to do or they are not willinging to do in all actions. In an example where I may lie to a friend and tell her that I like her haircut even if I think it looks terrible and do so to protect her feelings, I am making the case that lying is universally okay in all cases. According to the First Formulation of the Categorical Imperative, I would have to be okay with lying in all situations. Even a situat ion when a witness protects a rapist from going to jail by lying would have to be okay by me according to Kant.

The Allegorical Meaning of The Crucible by Arthur Miller...

The Crucible, a play by the famous playwright Arthur Miller, retells the story of the witch trials occurring in Salem during the seventeen century. Between lies, deceiving and treachery, Salem was the place of a relatively massive genocide solely based upon unproved facts and accusations. However, the real message being the story is something else altogether as The Crucible is an allegory denouncing McCarthyism. The present written task will focus on the following question â€Å"If the text had been written in a different time or place or language or for a different audience, how and why might it differ?† Based on the context of this literary piece, we will therefore see how a text might change based on time period, the setting and the language†¦show more content†¦The setting of a story is a key factor which affects the understanding of the story. Changing the place in which the characters are evolving can drastically modify the meaning of the play as the different a ctions and aims of the drama would not have had the same impact and the same meaning. The Crucible, as we know, was situated in the town of Salem, Massachusetts. Arthur Miller chose this setting for a specific reason, as the events occurring in Salem in the seventeen century allegorized the situation in the United States in the early fifties. Changing the setting of the play while keeping the same time period, the story itself would have been completely altered. During the seventeen century, the events which marked Salem were not the same which marked for example Africa, which was mostly subject to explorations and the settlement of the Europeans. Therefore, the message Miller aimed to transmit would not have the same impact if the story was in a different setting. The audience targeted is also a factor influencing the impact the literary work has on the population. The play was written to raise awareness of the effect of McCarthyism on the American society and on American people. Thus, it was specifically aimed towards people who could do something about the situation in the United States. Therefore, the audience targeted is the young adults, adults and elders of theShow MoreRelatedSummary Of The Crucible And The Red Scare828 Words   |  4 Pages1 A Crucible took place in 1692 when Abagail’s one little lie causes mass hysteria by lying about preforming witchcraft. Mostly the Bitcoin is used for the trading purpose. Along with this, this currency can be used by the customers to buy merchandise anonymously. There are various marketplaces where the customer can exchange the Bitcoins which means that they can get involved in the buying and selling of Bitcoin using various currencies. The leading exchanges of cryptocurrency are Coinbase, Bitstamp, and Bitfinex (Yellin, Aratari and Pagliery, 2018). Though, these exchange marketplaces face the issue related to the security of the currency as it is one of the leading concerns. In the year 2016, the bitcoins worth of tens of millions of dollars were stolen by the hackers from the Bitfinex. Most of the customers send their bitcoins to each other with the use of their computers and mobile apps as it is a digital money. Therefore, it is the same process like sending cash digitally from one person to other. Most of the people compete to mine bitcoins with the use of computers or desktop to resolve the complex puzzles of math. Mining was the way that created the bitcoins and this how the winners of the contest get rewarded with the bitcoins. This shows the transfer of bitcoin that took place among them (Bitcoin, 2018). Bitcoins are kept in the digital wallet which either exits in the cloud or on a consumers processor. The graph shows that after a downfall in the year 2016 there was a tremendous hike in the prices of bitcoin in 2017. In the month of April 2017, the price of the bitcoin reached to 1,349.19 U.S. dollars. There was a hike in the prices because the number of bitcoins in the circulation increased month on month and it touched more than 16 million in the month of December 2017 (Statista, 2018). The above table reflects the prices of the bitcoin in each month of 2017 along with this, the table also shows the change in $ and change in % (U.S. Finance, 2018). In the month of June, the demand of the Bitcoin was on peak due to which there was a rise in the prices of cryptocurrency. Bitcoin and its effect on Economies It is a digital currency that was introduced in the year 2009. Bitcoin has made the international payments easy and cheap because this currency has tied to any country or regulation. It is cryptocurrency in which there is no involvement of the central command (government, banks, and others). The customer can make use of bitcoins for different purposes due to which the economy gets affected. This is the fact that global economy is interconnected in a way that is unprecedented in the human history. The global economy mainly depends on the US Dollar because US Dollar is the reserve currency of the global economy. Considering the same, it has been analyzing that any changes in the US financial market bring the fluctuations in all the countries across the world. The emergence of the Bitcoin created an impact due to which the transactions are being decentralized across the world (Medium, 2018). Ultimately, there is an impact on the US Dollar and this leads to the changes in the international trade, foreign relations, and diplomacy. Moreover, many countries like Russia, North Korea, and Venezuela tried to make use of this cryptocurrency in their countries. In addition, this currency is not only affecting the trade and other activities but also creates an impact on the financial institutions. If bitcoin becomes widespread, legitimate and respected that can force every financial institution to bring down there cost if they are willing to stay in the competitive market (Yermack, 2015). This will reduce the profit of these institutions and might leads to closure. Some of the major effects on economies are given below: - The currency is present in the form of metal and paper forms which is effective for the exchange. The Digital revolution has brought changes in the medium of exchange and Bitcoin, a digital currency has made the customers depended on it. Digital evolution has brought tremendous changes in the trading with the fiat money (McKinney, 2017). Customers are effectively making use of the bitcoin with trust for the digital transaction and this has reduced the transaction with the fiat money in the market. Though, there are many people who faced fraud transactions because of excessive reliance on the bitcoin. The economies rely on its overseas workforce as these remittances are a major contributor to growth. Currently, most of the remittances make use of banks for transferring money for which they have to pay huge amount along with this the time taken in the transaction is high. The emergence of bitcoin has made the remittance to switch towards cryptocurrency transfer that is simpler and time saver. Bitcoin is an unregulated currency that has enables unbridled access to a secure credit system. Most of the customers find that it is the stable currency that has bridged the people who are isolated with the global merchants (Sen, 2017). Moreover, this will certainly open up new markets and opportunities that will impact the economic growth. There is no exorbitant transaction fees and withholding tax associated with the bitcoin which makes it attractive for the customers. The reason behind the increase in Demand of the Bitcoin in a few years Bitcoin demand is booming not only in the US but also in Asia-pacific region. In the US the demand for the bitcoin rises due to its usage but in other countries, the demand is rising because of its high price. The below image reflects the use of the digital transfer which is highest in Asia-Pacific region. There is not only growth in the money transfer services but also in B2B payments, merchant services and for the general purpose. Bitcoin is used for all these purposes across the world which leads to the rise in the demand of the bitcoin. Considering the fact, there are more than 48 companies who are offering service related to the cryptocurrencies. The image reflects that North America participated less in all the activities because of the global financial system. This is the fact that financial system is depended on the US dollar as making transfer between other currency and dollar is cheaper and simpler than sending money between the two non-dollar currencies. Bitcoins are in demand because of its features that are there is no involvement and regulations from the government side. All the transaction of bitcoin takes place between the two parties which include buyer and seller. Moreover, this cryptocurrency is popular because of its irreversible transactions. This ultimately leads to the hike in the demand for the currency due to which the in the year 2012, April there was more than 11 million cryptocurrency was available in the market. In addition, on 11th April 2012, 25 being added on ever eight minutes. Around the year 2140, there will be more than 21 million which were permitted by the system (Hans, 2013). Bitcoin has seen the massive user internet since the year March 2012 because of the Cyprus banking crisis. The value of bitcoin was $100 on 1st April 2013, which is up from $13 at the beginning of the year (Hans, 2013). This increased price brought a rise in the demand of the bitcoin in last few years. Though, this is also a fact that with the rise in the demand of Bitcoin there was limited supply because the currency rose steeply before a crash. It has been analyzed that the demand of bitcoin in India is increasing with the hope to gain the profit from the rise in the value of the currency (Hans, 2013). There are more than 2,000 active bitcoin users in the country. Through, this is also a fact that no e-commerce website in India accepts Bitcoins but the people of India support this payment system of the goods and services from the overseas websites. Moreover, there are numerous online stores who offer discounts for the bitcoin payment so that they can enhance their coin holding for the future profits. The changes in the price of the Bitcoin The price of the bitcoin has dropped to approximately A$8,000 in the last few days after reaching till A$10,000 in the past month and rising over 1,850% since the year 2015 (Trinh, and Cameron, 2017). Considering the current research there are four major factors that affect the price of Bitcoin. These factors are media hype and uptake by peers, political uncertainty, and risks, movement by the government. The below image reflects the history of bitcoin-related to its price. In the year 2009 when bitcoin came into the market, it was not having value due to which 1000BTC were equal to 0.003$. The changes in the buying pattern of the customers increase the value of the bitcoin which reach until 0.5$ for 1BTC in the year 2010. The tremendous emergence of the bitcoin took place in the year 2013. At that point, the value of 1 bitcoin was approximately 600$. In the following year 2014 and 2015, there was a decline in the prices of every bitcoin. There was an increase in the price of bitcoin in the year 2016 when 1BTC was equal to 1000$. In 2017, 1BTC was 19,000$ which attracted customers. Bitcoin doesnt only affect the global economy but it also affects the global currencies. The emergence of bitcoin has revolved the ways of payment made which affect the US Dollar (Insana, 2018). There are multiple factors with the help of which bitcoin are gaining the momentum in different fields of global finance and leads to the replacement of main fiat currency with the bitcoin for conducting the transactions. This affected the fluctuation of US dollar in the market. The USD is considered as the world currency so the impact on the US dollar leads to the impact on the other global currencies (Seetharaman, et.al, 2017). There are many currencies whose usage is regulated and restricted outside of their home country to an extent which makes the customers use bitcoin. Therefore, this reduces the value of that currency and leads to the value of bitcoin. For example, the Chinese government made it difficult for the customers or businessmen to make use of nations currency overseas due to which the people of China started making the use of bitcoin for the transactions. This shows the impact of bitcoin on the currency of China. Bitcoin impact on the global stock market The bitcoin has created a major impact on the stock market by making the investors attracted towards them. Bitcoin has woken up lots of investors as with the emergence of hike in the prices they started tracking the prices of bitcoin in the market and considering the same they started investing the amount in Bitcoin so that they can earn maximum of profit out of it (Delisle, 2018). This makes the investors switch from other shares towards the bitcoin that reduced the value of shares of other companies. The investors analyzed the fact that there are wild fluctuations in the prices of bitcoin due to which they get attracted towards it. Many of them invested and earned profit but rest faced loss due to improper tracking of the stock in the market. There was a downfall in the global stock market as most of the investors were interested in the Bitcoin exchange (Coinbase, Bitstamp, and Bitfinex). Over here, with reflects those countries who are in support of the use of bitcoin and who has gains (who got the benefit) the bitcoin. The bitcoin usage is supported by the countries include US, Canada, European Union and other. Though, these countries have made some legislation related to the usage of bitcoin. There are some companies who banned the use of bitcoin such as Iceland, Vietnam, Bolivia and many others. Bitcoin advantage is not only taken by the countries but also by the general public along with the investors. There are businesses in the US (Dell, overstock, DISH) who accepted the payment in bitcoin so that they can make a profit. For instance, they take the payment in bitcoin then sell it at higher prices which help the company in generating double profit (Bajpai, 2018). On the other hand, Canada government believes that this currency has contributed in the generation of the business income of the people. Australia government allows entities to trade, mine or buy bitcoin as they consider it barter arrangement subject to appropriate taxes depending on the use and user of the product. This shows the benefits of bitcoin to the different countries. The investors take the benefit of bitcoin while dealing in the stock exchange. The customer can also take the advantage of frequent fluctuations in prices of bitcoin. For instance; a customer might buy bitcoin at a low price and then purcha se the product when the price of bitcoin rise which means that they have to pay less amount for the particular product. Consumer of bitcoin The numbers of buyers of bitcoin are expanding across the world. A survey was conducted which shows that there are most of the millennial who are buying bitcoin. It reflects that most of the consumers of bitcoin are men rather than women. The image reflects that millennials (between the age group of 22 and 37) had 17% ownership rate, baby boomers were only 2% and Gen X (people between the age group of 37 to 55) were at a bit less than 9% (Jones, 2018). Apart from this, there are different market investors who consume bitcoin for making a profit out of it. These investors analyze the market share of the bitcoin and considering that they make a purchase of bitcoin and sell it before the price goes down. The purpose of the purchase of bitcoin is making a profit. Along with this, there are some individuals who make use of this cryptocurrency for the online transactions (Leinz, 2018). There are various companies who are the consumer of Bitcoin such as Expedia, overstock and Xbox games. These companies allow the customers to perform the trading with the use of bitcoin. This shows that the company is involved in the buying and selling of the bitcoin. They accept the bitcoin from the customers and sell it at higher prices in the markets. This how the companies are able to make the higher profit. Conclusion It can be concluded in the end, that the bitcoin is emerging in the markets across the world. The use of the cryptocurrency is creating positive and negative impacts. Handover Different Services Are Involved †Myassignmemthelp.Com

Question: Discuss About The Handover Different Services Are Involved? Answer: Introducation Building construction services are key to all manner of building works and the church is no different. From the design period to the handover, different services are involved. These services are key and crucial to attaining the aim and goal of the project. Projections are usually met with the satisfaction of the different services being met while the work is under progress. Additionally, for the building to function well, some of key services must be in cooperate during the construction period (Hall Greeno, 2015). The services involved in the design and construction period have for a long proved critical in meeting the needs of the building construction. The building services are critical in achieving the major objective of the projects. There are specific which will be associated with the certain projects. This is the same with the church construction, which will be the major focus in this paper. This paper will analyze different building services which need t be in cooperated in t he construction of a church project. This paper will add details on the reasons which support the use if these services. Building and accommodating services are able to enhance the implementation of the projects. The church project under consideration as well will have key building services as well as accommodating services, which will enhance the meeting of different goals of the project. Design and construction period are critical when executing projects and they are able to accompany key services, which enhance project implementation (Tomioka Kawai, 2012). The different services to any building must be able to conform to the laid rules and regulations. The National Construction Code and BCA are able to offer the guidelines and strategies on which these services will be provided (Australian Building Codes Board, 2016). This paper will analyze the need for these services and analyze them in accordance with the rules and regulations in Australian rules and regulations. Each regulat ion is able to define the different ways on which these services have to be delivered at different projects so that they meet the safety and health standards. The church is under assembly classification of the building. This means that different people will be able to access the building. The classification means that design in both architectural and structural designs are able to depend on the building type. Architectural services are key for any project (Minkler, 2012). These are the first services, which are needed before the design, and construction of the project starts. The architectural services are able to outline the nature of the project and the final output of the project. These services are presented to the client to analyze the aesthetic factors of the building. The architectural services will be able to show the alignment of the church building and the final outlook of the church. This is a key factor for the design of the church to consider the output of the project (Allen Iano, 2014). The architectural services will enhance the design team to have a clear understanding of the design boundaries and parameters for the design . The architectural services are critical in definition of the boundary and size of the church. The use of these services will define the aesthetic factors of the church and design like. Design team will use the architectural services output to design the different members of the church project. The new church location and boundaries, it size and design structure will be all defined in the architectural services. This makes the services important during the design period and therefore can be included as part of the design services to be offered. In addition, these services are critical during the construction period and they help to elaborate different ideas, which were presented before (Cowdery, 2007). The design team will rely on the architectural services to make key design designs (Australian Building Codes Board, 2016). This is because these services will guide them on the design looks of the church building. Different elements will be defined on the architectural services and there these will be key services to be included on this case study. In addition, structural provisions must be met in accordance to part B1. This has to ensure that the structural elements are able to enhance the safety of the building. The buildings have to meet the elements to ensure that the buildings do not collapse (Australia. 1990). The structural service and provisions must be provided to ensure that the building meets the requirements to ensure the building is able to withstand the different needs. In addition, the structural elements are able to enhance the safety and risks against some key factors such as the fire resistance. Structural reliability must be met in the design and ensuring that the structural needs is met. This ensures that the services provided are able to ensure that the structural reliability and services are of high quality. Resistance to actions must be met in the process of provision of these structural services (Chudley Greeno, 2013, Australian Building Codes Board, 2016). In addition, qualified design team must be abl e to meet the required standards and ensure that the structure meets the relevant needs. The services are able to include different services such as the masonry and concreting casting services. These must ensure that the building is able to meet the required standards in design stage. Decoration services are other key services, which will be needed on the church project. The church decoration is essential to bring out the church message and aesthetic factor. The decoration of the church is usually different since they have to present a key message, which different people will have to associate with the church environment (Faber, 2016). The decoration in church environment is done to pass some key message to people and therefore the services are critical. The decoration team must present the decorations, which are associated with the church environment and bear the correct message to the people. The decoration services are therefore key to ensure the congregations are able to get the best message once the project is complete. The church decor services prove important due to the uniqueness of the decoration, which has to be carried out on the building (Mallory-Hill, Preiser Watson, 2012). These services will align with the architectural services to ensure that the correct messages are placed on the designed location. In addition, these services are able to increase the aesthetic looks of the church. The decoration services will help people to define the church building. Outward decoration will be able to pass the message on the type of facility, which is on that location. Drainage works and services will be key to ensure that different wastes and unwanted water wastes are directed in the proper direction. These services will define the location where these wastes will be directed such as the storm water from the roof location (Kotter, 2014). Additionally, these services will define the line location of the pipe to ensure that people do not interfere with its flow and damage (Australian Building Codes Board, 2016). Considering the kitchen and toilet locations within the church building, it is important to have a sewer line, which will connect with the main sewer or have a place where the sewage will be deposited. The storm water from the roof and the wastewater from the kitchen and bathroom need to be collected and directed to a location for either treatment or disposal. These services will ensure that the health of the environment is maintained at a high level and thus enhancing cleanness (Haddad, 2012). The line for the server need to be maintained o ut of the pathways and this is a decision, which the drainage team will make while providing the services. Additionally, these services have to be superior to ensure blockage does not happen. The services have to ensure foul smell does not move back to the building location and therefore proper design of the drainage system is needed. The services will therefore be able ensure the comfortability of the people within the location is achieved with proper drainage services. The services will ensure that different wastes are able to move in a better line and disposal is maintained well. Therefore, these services will be essential at this environment and ensure that they enhance the environment (Building services handbook, 2001). Manholes will be enhanced to ensure inspection of the sewer line is enhance at different times to ensure blockages are solved at the right time. In cooperating these services will ensure that the cleanness of the church are is well maintained and thus sewage does not spill anyhow on the church location. Disposal pit will be necessary and these services will be able to provide such area considering wind flow and safety measures for the disposal. The Building Constructed Code is able to define that these services will be able to enhance the health and safety of the environment considering the sm ell and safety. Termite risk management services must be provided on this project. This will ensure that the building is safe against the termite attack. The attacks are able to weakness the building stability and therefore they should be able to withstand these attacks. Part B1.4 is able to give the specification on when the services need to be provided and the stage at which they need to provided (Tri Harso Karyono, Vale Vale, 2017). This clause is able to enhance the building stability at the different levels. Different structure components must be able to be safe against the termite attack. This will ensure that the elements are met and the level of termite management services is well provided. The services will enhance the durability of the structure and enhance the safety of the building. The termite management services are able to enhance the safety of the structure (Preiser, Hardy Wilhelm, 2017). This gives the occupants confident that the building will stay for long and meet the design li fe. This will key services, which will be needed on the building to enhance it operation. In addition, these services will be able to reduce the cost factor of the buildings. The cost management will be enhanced and therefore management of the building. Fire resistance services are also required on the section. Any building which people are required require strategies on the way people will be safer in terms of fire strategy (Curtin, 2002). These services will be able to provide an exit plan in case of fire in the building. According to part C of the NCC part one, Protection opening need to be provided on the buildings. This will enhance the proper mechanism to fight fire in case of it happening. Construction exits are always required on the building to enhance an exist plan (Australian Building Codes Board, 2016). Considering different access to people, a well planned exist plan with exit places need to be provided. This need to be provided on different sections to enhance the exit of the people. The section D of the NCC requires that the exit plan to enhance the exit of the people from the building (Washington Mealiff, 2013). Escape plan has to enhance the people exit from the building under these conditions. Section D part D2 is able to offer the requirement for the services on exit to be provided. It requires exit parts to be provided on the building on different parts. This will enhance the people to leave the building when different incidents happen and enhance their safety. In addition, as part of building which the building has access to many people, different people must be enhanced to access the building. People with disability access must be provided with different access avenues to the building. This means a rump may be created to enhance their access where several staircase landings may be available in front of the church. Fire fighting to the building should also be included (Wilkinson, Remy Langston, 2014). These services have to be included to ensure control on the damage on the properties in the church building. Part E of the section 1 of the NCC is able to provide the provision under which these utilities and services to the buildings. The church requires a strategy on which the fire will b e dealt with in case it happens. Fire fighting equipment need to be strategically located at different locations on the church to enhance the safety of the occupants. Electric supply system services are key to ensure that the different electric connections are done to the standards. The electric service will key to ensure that different devices on the church location are connected. The operation of the church building will need services since the audibility of the church will be enhanced (Cremers, 2016). This will ensure operations of the church are well maintained. Part C2.13 of the NCC is able to offer the guidelines which will ensure that the services are well provided. The electric line near the church will be key area which the services can be retrieved from. In addition, the old church electric line can also be used to provide the electric services to the new building to enhance the lighting and operation. The services will be key to ensure security of the environment as well (Australian Building Codes Board, 2016). The services will be able to enhance the operation of the elements and supporting the operations of the church building. Lighting and ventilation services are key to the church premises. This is a structure which will have access to many people and different activities which may raise the room temperature may be expected. This means that the room should be well ventilated and enough light be able to access the location (Mccabe Kennedy, 2003). Under section F, part F4, the room should be ventilated according to use. In this case, the church should be able to enhance well ventilated area to boost their temperature. Under the same section F, sound systems need to provide equality in sound transmission on the room. Part J5 also offer provisions on the ventilation of the room sections. This offers the good light to the area as well as the air access in the area. The church environment is likely to provide the sounding systems to enhance the audibility on the area. The transmission should ensure the sound is audible to the users and does not become disturbances to others outside the room. This will require proper insulation to ensure noise to outside is prevented and the section F part F5 is able to provide provisions on the insulation and sound transmission. In addition, fire safety is also addressed on Volume 2 of the NCC part 3.7 (Australian Building Codes Board, 2016). Under this section, smoke alarms should be provided to ensure that the alerting mechanism is enhanced. This ensures that warnings on the sections are provided on the section to enhance the escaping root (Carey Barr, 2015). The fire evacuation services therefore need to be enhanced and the smoke alarms are key part of the services. Air conditioning is also key to the building. These services has to be provided according to AS/NZS 1668.1. The provision guidelines are defined on part C3.15 of the NCC. This part gives the guidelines on the way the ventilation should be provided. This enhances the operation of the room and ensure that air circulation is maintained at a higher level. The air conditioning will ensure that the room temperature is maintained on the room section. This will be a key parameter which is needs on a gathering location like the church. Water services to any building are key. In this project, the washroom, kitchen and the bathroom will need to be connected to the water services to enhance their functionality. The use of water on this church project will be essential and therefore the building will need to be connected to such services (Moran, 2017). Volume three section B stipulated on different categories of water which should be connected to the building. The bathroom section may require connection to hot water and cold water systems. In addition, non-drinking water may be connected to the toilet and the bathroom sections. This may not happen to the section which will require clean water for the kitchen services (Victoria, 2008). The church considering the presence of the different people accessing will require a water point where people can access clean water to quencher their thirst. Therefore use of water on this project and case study will be inevitable and therefore increasing the need for these services. The refore proper analysis shows that the water services under the NCC Volume three will be essential and crucial (Moran, 2017). The congregation, which will be able to meet on this environment, will require water and therefore increasing the need of such services. In addition, firefighting water equipment can also be used to enhance the security of the location from incidents such as fire. Water points under pressure may therefore be provided to enhance the fire fighting (Australian Building Codes Board, 2016). The water team will therefore need to provide such services to the location. The high-pressure water point will be able to enhance the firefighting mechanisms on the location. Therefore, it will be key to ensure that these services are provided on this case study. It will help to provide water for usage and other services on the location. In conclusion, building services and accommodating service are critical in any king of building structure. These services are able to enhance the operation of the building. The NCC and BCA are able to give key guidelines on the way these services will be provided. In addition, these services are required to meet specific levels of test so that they can be able to be installed on such building. In the church structure case study, it is clear that different services must be installed and provided to ensure proper operations. For instance, the sewage and storm water disposal must be enhance in the area to maintain safety and proper health. In addition, electric services and air-conditioning must be as well be provided on such locations. Moreover, access services have to be enhanced in some locations to enhance access to all people. Additionally water services are also required on this building structure. Different amenities on this building will required enhancing their operation. Fire amenities and services as well as exit plan for the fire will also be critical services, which will be required on this building structure. These amenities and services will have different effects when they are not provided and therefore will be critical to be provided on this structure. References (2001). Building services handbook.
